HR ADMIN - EXECUTIVE
ROLE DESCRIPTION:
- Maintaining records of personnel-related data in both paper and the database and ensure all employment requirements are met
- Coordinate with Legal team and agents for visa issuances and stamping services
- Planning and Coordinating with Project team for allocating manpower requirement to Site
- Maintain records of personnel-related data (payroll, personal information, leaves, turnover rates etc.) in both paper and the database and ensure all employment requirements are met.
- Liaise with other departments or functions (payroll, benefits etc.)
- Support the recruitment/hiring process by sourcing candidates, performing back ground checks, assisting in shortlisting, issuing employment contracts etc.
- Perform orientations, on-boarding and update records with new hires
- Produce and submit reports on general HR activity
- Ensure all our complaints of our technicians/officers are addressed.
SPECIFICATIONS:
- Graduate with minimum 1.5 year of professional experience in relevant human resources/administrative position in service / Construction industry.
- Knowledge of human resources processes and best practices.
- Strong ability in using MS Office software. (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint etc )
- Experience with HR databases /HRMS.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skill.
- Knowledge of HINDI/ENGLISH will be added advantage. Arabic optional will help.
- Reporting to ASST MGR HR.
- Contract period - 2 years with mutual renewal .
