ROLE DESCRIPTION:

  • Maintaining records of personnel-related data in both paper and the database and ensure all employment requirements are met
  • Coordinate with Legal team and agents for visa issuances and stamping services
  • Planning and Coordinating   with Project team for allocating manpower requirement to Site
  • Maintain records of personnel-related data (payroll, personal information, leaves, turnover rates etc.) in both paper and the database and ensure all employment requirements are met.
  • Liaise with other departments or functions (payroll, benefits etc.)
  • Support the recruitment/hiring process by sourcing candidates, performing back ground checks, assisting in shortlisting, issuing employment contracts etc.
  • Perform orientations, on-boarding and update records with new hires
  • Produce and submit reports on general HR activity
  • Ensure all our complaints of our technicians/officers are addressed.

SPECIFICATIONS:

  • Graduate with minimum 1.5 year of professional experience in relevant human resources/administrative position in service / Construction industry.
  • Knowledge of human resources processes and best practices.
  • Strong ability in using MS Office software. (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint etc  )
  • Experience with HR databases /HRMS.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skill.
  • Knowledge of HINDI/ENGLISH will be added advantage. Arabic optional will help.
  • Reporting to ASST MGR HR.
  • Contract period - 2 years with mutual renewal .
