HR Assistant Manager

Assistant Manager for Human Resource department will provide leadership and coordination of company Human Resource functions. Develop and implement corporate Human Resource strategy and programs while looking at the Human Resource Development of the staff.

Key Responsibilities
• Assisting in recruitment process, screening, shortlisting of potential candidates and succession planning
• Implementing, and constantly improving the Performance Evaluation System and the employee training activities of the company
• To supervise all employee related procedures support such as HR disciplinary matters, grievance handling, performance management, redundancies, conflict resolution, workplace investigations, internal complaints and staff welfare etc.
• To maintain the standard and timely record maintenance of all employees’ personal files, attendance and leave records payroll Group’s ETF/EPF documentations etc.
• Collaborate with Linear Managers and follow up on employee life cycle and ensure that all the related administrative tasks are completed in a timely manner
• Provide assistance in acquiring of statistics on HR/Admin related material, data for staff compensations and benefits
• Facilitate in overall management of HRI system (hSenid) and updating employee details in HRI system accurately and analyzing data to provide updates as required by the senior management.
• Updating the company contact data base of employees
• Handling payroll issues- salary, increments, no pay, ETF/EPF, Payee based issues
• Liaison and coordinating with government and statutory institutions.

Ideal Candidate should be
• Possess a Degree or Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resources Management.
• Ability to work under pressure
• Constantly updating yourself about current HR functions
• Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail
• Knowledge in the latest ISO certifications procedures
• Experience in liaising with insurance brokers
• Excellent report writing and presentation skills
• Possess a strong and genuine interest in working with people
