Qualifications - A Degree in Business Management (Specialized in HR) in Local University Or Completed POHRM @ IPMSL. 2/3 Years Experience in a reputed mercantile establishment. Prior Experience in Handling HRIS would be an added advantage. Should have outstanding personality and high level of Interpersonal skills & Communication skills.
