The ideal candidate should possess a degree or an equivalent professional qualification in HR
and 5-8 years’ experience in a 5 star international Hotel with at least 3 years in a similar role.
Thorough knowledge in Sri Lankan labour law, industrial relations, employee engagement and
disciplinary management is essential to perform this role. Fluency in English, knowledge of
other foreign languages (German / Spanish/ French), excellent leadership, communication and
interpersonal skills and positive attitude are core competencies sought. Candidates below 45
years of age are preferred.
