Should be conversant with all aspects of industrial labour laws, familiar with modern HR strategies, administration procedures & exposure to ISO 9001/IS0 14001 and OHSAS 18000 will be an added advantage Excellent communication, interpersonal skills & ability to work with employees of all levels.
