ICT Engineer (Service Operations)
Qualifications and Experience -
Microsoft Server certification. TMCP /MCSA.
1-2 years in an IT Help desk desktop support environment.
Sound working knowledge of a range of technologies including Windows 2008/2012 Server, Windows.
Experience in Microsoft Office 365 will be added advantage.
Exposure to Cloud environment (storage and backup systems).
Strong knowledge of network infrastructure is a advantage.
