IT Support Executive

The role will support all TOS (Terminal Operating System) software / hardware functionality within CICT by attending to user support, Coordinating with end-users, liaising with shipping lines on requirements, facilitating changes, attending for support matters whilst attending to trouble shooting and rectifying technical issues. This role is an analytical position needing a thorough understanding of end-user requirements, documenting skills, project management exposure and sound communication abilities.
