Installation, configuration & maintenance of desktop and laptop computers, peripherals, services equipment including network devices I Familiarity with the Microsoft Windows client and Server operating system I Ability to identify the technical defects and provides prompt and effective solutions I Working within a TCP/IP network environment, including DHCP, DNS and Ethernet I Provide secondary support for LAN administration I Installation of various software and hardware components or set up alternate operating system as demanded by organizational needs.
