Junior Executive - Customer Experience (Airport Branch)
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE;
Should have passed the G.C.E. Ordinary Level and Advanced Level examinations.
Preferably 1 years’ experience in customer ca re or in a similar capacity.
Excellent communication skills in English and Sinhala. Knowledge of Tamil would be an added advantage.
Must be computer literate.
Be able to work in a team environment as well as with all levels of staff in the organization.
Sound technical knowledge in handling mobile phones and data devices.
Ability to solve problems, as well as to listen, understand the needs/concerns of customers.
