Jr. Personnel Officer (Crewing)

Manaco Marine Private Limited specializes in Crew Recruitment and Port Agency Services in the Maritime Industry. We are seeking the services of a dynamic and results oriented individual for the post of Jr. Personnel Officer (Crewing) where he/she will be directly coordinating closely with foreign clients in order to help Sri Lankan seafarers find employment opportunities. 

Role:

•Engaging in seafarer recruitment, related coordination and documentation. 

•Engaging in the processing of visas, medicals, immigration approvals, flight tickets, and necessary approvals etc. 

• Attending to correspondences from International Principals and Official Maritime Bodies. 

• Managing key clients and their crew pools. Monitoring employment trends, building relationships and ensuring retention of crew. Maintaining Departmental records.

Profile

•Age between 25 — 35 years 

•Degree in Business Management or HR attained from a reputed University/Institute .

•Proficient in English language (Speaking, Writing and Reading) 

▪ Most be resourceful and self-motivated 

▪ Ability to learn fast and adapt to changing environments 

▪ Most be able to work independently and be committed to customer satisfaction 

▪ Experience in the travel, logistics and foreign employment recruitment field will be an added advantage
