Lead Associate (Operations)

Desired Skill Set; Overall 3+ years in HRIS. Should be a strong communicator (Verbal / Written). Should have experience of using Workday, PeopleSoft, SAP or Oracle HR systems would be a significant advantage. Knowledge/ experience of the financial services industry and/or working internationally for global organisations would be advantageous. Willing to travel overseas for training/ Business meetings.
