To perform the basic functions of the HR department, handling areas such as personnel management, employee welfare and maintenance of HR records.
Requirements :

Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources

Good understanding of labour law

Knowledge of administrative environment

Good command of MS Office applications

Excellent command in English and Sinhala

Organized, documentation filing and archiving competences

Strong inter-personal and communication skills

Diplomacy, discretion and confidentiality

Commitment to deliver and respond in a timely manner to deadlines
