Position - Manager - Leasing
Location - Colombo 

The Role - 
• Identifying and prospecting for Tenants.
• Prepare leasing proposals,negotiate   lease terms,and finalize lease agreements.

• Maintaining favorable relationships with existing and potential Tenants.

• Achieving revenue and occupancy targets.

• Preparation of budgets and forecasts.
• Preparation of letters,reports and documentation related to the leasing process.


The Person - 
• Minimum qualification of an undergraduate degree in a related field.

• A minimum of 04 years experience in a corporate sales/negotiation role is mandatory.

• Prior experience in preparing budgets and projections.

• Knowledge of local business community.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills in english.

• IT Literacy in MS Office packages.
