Candidate Profile - An UGC approved Bachelor‘s Degree in any field or Professional Qualification in Business Management/ HR or Accounting. Minimum of 4 years‘ relevant experience is required out of which at least 2 years should be of managerial level in compensation & benefits. Effective communication skills both in English and Sinhala.
