Manager (Food & Beverage)

Profile - Thorough knowledge and hands on experience in the overall food and beverage operation. Sound Academic Background; preferably a degree in Hospitality Management or qualification in food and beverage. A minimum of 2 years' experience in similar capacity in a star class environment. Manage extreme situations and ability to work under minimum supervision.
