You should hold a degree and at least 5 years’ experience in Human Resources in a similar capacity. You should possess counselling and strong interpersonal communication skills, effective time management and have the ability to work under stress and pressure. You will also display effective time management and skill prioritization capabilities. You will be a strong leader and possess the ability to effectively manage a team. You will have the aptitude for communication, report writing and presentation skills and should be lT literate. You should be a result oriented person driven by Brandix values.
