Manager-Internal Audit

Job Profile

1. Will report to the Group Head – Audit
2. Assess Risk, Plan, improve audit programs
3. Manage, supervise and direct Assistant Audit Managers
4. Review, edit and submit audit reports in good English on a timely manner
5. Strengthen the prevalent system of internal controls by recommending best practices
6. Ensure proper training, development and grooming of entire audit staff

Personal & Skills Profile

• Should possess a Degree in Finance, Commerce or Business Management and MBA would be an added advantage.
• Be an Associate member of CA/ACCA Institute and CISA or CIA would be an added advantage.
• Completion of required practical training in a reputed audit firm and 5 years post internal Audit experience in a commercial establishment.
• Should have sound knowledge in IFRS, IIA professional practice framework
• Age should be below 32 years.
• Excellent communication skills both verbal & written communication and must be Computer literate.
• Excellent inter personnel skills.
