Manager - Recoveries

Manager - Recoveries

As Manager Recoveries, possessing sound expertise in operational and strategic management is a prerequisite. You will be responsible in managing recovery activities of all branches, including coordinating with all departments.

We expect you to implement management decisions in order to ensure the smooth flow of functions. You will attend vehicle auctions and follow up on recovery documentation procedures. Furthermore, you will be in charge of meeting collection targets.

This post also requires you to travel and visit branches of our company. You will be expected to monitor and manage the portfolio of assigned branches and supervise branch recovery staff.

Qualifications and Experience

The person we are looking for should have a good academic background while possessing strong leadership, communication and negotiation skills. Preferably, below the age of 45. The ability to communicate with all levels of clients and staff is a must. You should count more than 10 years of experience in the field of recoveries in a reputed financial institution with at least 5 years in a managerial position.
