HR Assistant
The ideal candidate should :
• Pass G.C.E Advanced Level and minimum a credit pass for English language at G.C.E Ordinary Level examination.
• Pass IPM Certificate Course in HRM or equivalent professional qualification.
• Have good oral & written communication skills both in Sinhala & English languages.
• Be competent in Computer Literacy.
• Posses at least one or two years experience in a similar capacity.
• Be in the age limit of between 20-28 years.
• Be able to work long hours.
• Be able to handle correspondents independently.
Job Profile :
• Assisting recruitment, selections & induction functions.
• Handling the monthly attendance system and assisting the payroll system.
• Maintaining & updating personal files, EPF/ETF documents and Training & development records.
• Assisting employee training & development activities.
• Maintaining employee relations.
• Assisting employee welfare activities.
• Preparing various kinds of documents as per the requirements.
