IT EXECUTIVE; Should possess a Higher Diploma or Degree in Information Technology from a recognised Institution. Holding a ClSCO Certification or a Microsoft Certification would be an added qualification. Sound knowledge in Hotel business applications, Microsoft applications, Microsoft Operating Systems, Hardware and Networking. Minimum of 02 years working experience in a similar capacity in a star class hotel. TELEPHONE OPERATOR; Should have passed G.C.E. O/L and A/L. Minimum of 2 year's experience in a similar capacity in a star class hotel. A good command of the English language. Ability to communicate in foreign languages would be an added advantage. Will be required to work on roster basis (night shifts included). Should be below 35 years.
