The ideal candidate should be, between the age group of 20 - 30 years and posses a minimum of 1 to 3 years experience in a similar capacity in a service organization. Working knowledge on MS Office, Email & Internet will be a distinct advantage and pleasing personality with excellent communication skills in English Sinhala is also essential. Should be confident, out-going and be able to interact with people easily.
