Should be professionally trained in lectra
Should have exp in handling patterns for bottoms and wash programs manually as well as on CAD
Should be able to do grading and also have exp of marker making
Should be able to calculate shrinkage accurately to pattern
Overseas exp is preferable.
Should be a graduate with 10 plus years industry experience
