• Have Minimum GCE "A'1 levels and an excellent command of both written and spoken English will be essential. Having a recognized bachelor degree will be an added advantage.
• Have Minimum 10-15 years' experience at a high level secretarial position in a medium sized organization together with knowledge of modem secretarial methods, office management. IT and public relations activities will be essential.
• Have experience in shorthand .'typing with good quality, thorough knowledge of computers including usage of Word. Excel, Power Point, and Internet and e-mail usage will be essential.
