We are seeking the services of a dynamic and results oriented individual for the post of Jr.
Personnel Officer (Crewing) where he/she will be directly coordinating closely with foreign
clients in order to help Sri Lankan seafarers find employment opportunities.

Role
* Engaging in seafarer recruitment, related coordination and documentation.
* Engaging in the processing of visas, medicals, immigration approvals, flight
tickets, and necessary approvals etc.
* Attending to correspondences from International Principals and Official Maritime
Bodies.
* Managing key clients and their crew pools.
* Monitoring employment trends, building relationships and ensuring retention of
crew.
* Maintaining Departmental records.
Profile
* Age between 25 — 35 years
* Degree in Business Management or HR attained from a reputed
University/Institute
* Proficient in English language (Speaking, Writing and Reading)
* Must be resourceful and self-motivated
* Ability to learn fast and adapt to changing environments
* Must be able to work independently and be committed to customer satisfaction
* Experience in the travel, logistics and foreign employment recruitment field will
be an added advantage
