Premises Manager

1.04 - 06 years of experience in Administration / Facilities Management / Premises Management / Condominium Management 2. Having an Engineering background (MEP) will be an added advantage 3. Should possess people management, customer service, organizational and management skills 4. Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English is a must 5. Good IT literacy 6. Age between 40 - 60 7. The ideal candidate should be a flexible team player with a 'Can do attitude"
