Ability to understand basic functions and specifications in purchasing terms A Dynamic person with a Minimum of 02 Years experience in a similar capacity is MUST. Diploma or Certificate in Purchasing management from a recognize institute. Strong negotiation and Best communication skills (Both English and Sinhalese). Computer literacy is MUST and knowledge in ERP will be an advantage.
