Production Manager

Production Manager 

• Will be responsible for line setting, line planning, target setting and execution. 
• Should be proactive and lead the team and inspire them to improve productivity and quality on a continuous basis 
• Industrial engineering techniques will be used in day to day work.
• Monitor daily targets to meet on time
• Production accounting capability / ability to assess work content and act on time
• Able to act on quality feedback and execute corrective actions
• Administrative skill 
• Structured way of working
• Communication with a team
• Convincing capability based on facts and figures
• Ability to understand safety norms and maintain the same in his /her area of control
• Self starter and able to take work pressure positively
• Co-ordination skill with other departments such as planning, merchandising, quality, finishing and HR
• Eye for cost saving
• NIFT or equivalent qualification
• Should have work exp 4-6 yrs preferably in Woven Garments and Bottom Wear. 
• Prior experience in industrial engineering.
