Production Manager

• Minimum 5 years experience as a Production Manager • Minimum 02 years experience in bra production • A thorough / in-depth knowledge of the entire manufacturing process covering fabric inspection, production planning, sewing, industrial engineer, technical & quality • High degree of interpersonal and strong leadership & management skills • Be dynamic, self motivated & result oriented • Should be able to work under pressure, achieve set goals, deadlines & targets by the Management • Should be an individual who promotes innovation & is open for change • Be cost conscious and have a eye for detail • Computer literacy & fluency in English is essential Following would be added qualification • A Degree / NDT from a recognized university / institution
