Job Description

The ideal candidate should have a good exposure and knowledge of Project Management and IT Service Management (ITIL framework). He/She should have a knowledge on ISO 27001/20000 and overall knowledge about the Quality Assurance aspect of documentation related to those standards.

Work includes handling different projects as per the scope, time and budget, managing of incidents, Requests and Changes pertaining to ITSM solutions and handling international customers and service providers. He/she will also be required to carry out documentation of the various processes, with the focus on improvement of the different areas of the organization.  And He/She may have to travel overseas at a short notice. 

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent qualification
• At least 5 years of industry experience
• Good experience in Project management
• Good experience in ITIL best practices
• Knowledge of ISO 27001/20000
• Strong communication skills in English (verbal and written).
• Excellent problem solving and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work in a team environment as well as independently.
• Having an ITIL foundation certification  and/or PMP/PRINCE2 certificate would be added advantages
