Project Specialist
Responsibilities :
Oversees designated projects for the company.
Planning and developing strategy, including defining the goals and timeline for the project(s)
they supervise.
Coordinates, documents, and assigns tasks for the project team and provide the team with
direction and support.
Monitor problems, provide solutions, and implement changes as necessary to ensure the project
timeline is followed.
Assign resources to projects and project objectives and monitor progress.
Develop project plans and facilitate resolution of all issues to reach project goals.
Manage project budget to reach revenue, cost, and profit targets.
Manage and communicate ongoing changes in tasks, goals, or performance.
Participate in client meetings, contract finalization, and development of requirements
Provide technical expertise as required on project.
Responsible for managing and positively developing relationships between company & Client(s).
Responsible for managing job profitability of assigned projects.
Ensure company quality standards are met.
Manage resources within projectizations.

Qualifications & Requirements
A bachelor's degree related to project handling.
Strong communication, organizational, problem-solving skills & leadership ability is required.
Excellent track record of delivery from start to be handing over of projects.
Proactive & Assertive team leader who has passion and drive for building is self-directed a
decision maker and a problem solver.
Microsoft office skills and use of Microsoft Project will be an added advantage
