You will have to:
- Monitoring conversations between employees and customers;
- Providing feedback on the results of the monitoring;
- Evaluation of the quality of service by the "mystery shopper" method;
- Creating and conducting testing for knowledge of information.
- Conducting job satisfaction surveys of employees and customers with the quality of services provided;
- Preparation of quality reports;
- Conducting calibration sessions in case of controversial points on the evaluation of conversations;
