Quantity Surveyor

Quantity Surveyor with 2-3 years experience, preferably in the Middle East. HND in Quantity Surveying, preferably UK qualified preferred. Should have a clear understanding of Building Regulations and other legal guidelines. Must have excellent communication and negotiation skills.
