- Preparation of Sales Related Documents. - Proofreading and checking the Sales Related Documentations. - Required Documents Collection (follow-up with particular customers & and get the documents via courier/by visit/customer’s office visit). - Agreements signing and sales finalizing tasks (by visit/by online/by call). - Delivery of Marketing Materials to the Colombo suburbs areas and arranging couriers to outstation areas. - Maintain reports related to Administration tasks of the sales team. - Coordinate with customers and with sales account managers to finalize the documentation within the deadlines. - Training of products to the dealers and users. - Bank visit for cheque deposits. - Visit the secretariat office at the request of the admin department.
