JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
* Serves customers by helping them select products.
* Drives sales through engagement of customers, suggestive selling, and sharing product knowledge.
* Greets and receives customers in a welcoming manner.
* Responds to customers’ questions.
* Directs customers by escorting them to racks and counters.
* Provides outstanding customer service.
* Documents sales by creating or updating customer profile records.
* Manages financial transactions.
* Processes payments by processing checks, cash, and credit/debit cards.
* Alerts management of potential security issues.
* Assists with inventory, including receiving and stocking.
* Develop and manage social media campaign and online sales process. (Additional incentives will be paid based on revenues)
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
* Passed GCE O/L or above qualifications.
* IT qualifications and Marketing (Not compulsory).
* Knowledge in MS Office, Email and social media.
* Sales/ Marketing knowledge.
* Experience in sales/ Marketing and Cashier ( Not compulsory)
* Age below 30 years.
* Good communication skills - English, Sihala and Tamil (Not compulsory).
* Candidates settled in Kelaniya, Kiribathgoda, Kadawatha, Wattala, Peliyagoda and Ragama are preferred. Those who can reach Kiribathgoda and Ragama within a short time also can apply.
