Job Description:

As a Sales Call Agent, you will play a vital role in driving revenue generation and fostering client relationships through effective communication and sales techniques. Your primary responsibility will be to engage potential customers via outbound calls, effectively presenting our products/services and converting leads into sales opportunities.

Responsibilities:

    • Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers from provided leads or generated lists.
    • Introduce and explain our products/services to potential clients, highlighting their benefits and features.
    • Utilize persuasive selling skills to convert leads into sales, meeting or exceeding set targets and quotas.
    • Understand customer needs and tailor product/service offerings to match those needs.
    • Handle objections and effectively resolve customer concerns to facilitate sales closures.
    • Maintain accurate and detailed records of calls, customer interactions, and sales activities in the CRM system. (Training will be provided)
    • Collaborate with the sales team to optimize sales strategies and approaches.

Requirements:

     Proven experience in sales, telemarketing, or a related field.
    • Excellent command of the English language, both spoken and written, demonstrating proficiency in communicating effectively via phone calls and emails.
    • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities, Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work on USA Time Zones
    • Ability to work well in a target-driven environment.
    • Basic computer skills.
    • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Marketing or Business is a plus.
    • Ability to adapt and learn quickly in a fast-paced environment.
