Qualifications and experience
- Should be at least partly qualified in AAT or any other accounting qualification
- Minimum 04-05 years’ experience in a similar capacity with a Secretarial background.
- Should be knowledgeable on PO and stores process
- Fluent in English
- Age below 40
- Should be familiar with office package
Job Role
- Coordinate with suppliers and relevant authorities
- Drafting letters
- Submitting and filing reports
- Record keeping
- Arranging and fixing appointments
- liaising with relevant organizations
- Handling correspondence

- Excellent Communication skills
- Excellent Organization skills
