Qualifications and experience

  • Should be at least partly qualified in AAT or any other accounting qualification
  • Minimum 04-05 years’ experience in a similar capacity with a Secretarial background.
  • Should be knowledgeable on PO and stores process
  • Fluent in English
  • Age below 40
  • Should be familiar with office package

 

Job Role

  • Coordinate with suppliers and relevant authorities
  • Drafting letters
  • Submitting and filing reports
  • Record keeping
  • Arranging and fixing appointments
  • liaising with relevant organizations
  • Handling correspondence

  • Outgoing person
  • Excellent Communication skills
  • Excellent Organization skills
