Secretary to the Chairman
■ Should have a minimum of 5 years experience as a secretary to a Head of an organisation.
■ High proficiency in MS Office package and skills in typing of not less than 40 net. words per minute. Ability to type in Sinhala language will be a distinct advantage.
■ Shall possess sound communication skills in English (both verbal & written] with capability to handle all routine correspondence and secretarial functions independently.
■ Ability to understand the business priorities of the chairman.
■ Ability to determine work priorities, meet schedules & deadlines of the work.
