Senior Business Analyst - HR

Primary responsibility would be to gather requirements and define the solution for HR projects undertaken. Managing the requirement and ensuring the delivery within scope is a key requirement of this role. Required to work very closely with management team of the company as well as the customers and is answerable to Project Steering Committee and the Sponsor, while you will be reporting to the Head of HR Solution Practice.
