Senior Manager - Colombo Minimum 10 years of industry experience in a bank or a finance company with a sound customer base Hands on experience in business development, branch management, marketing and sales Marketing Manager - Kandy, Kurunegala, Matara ■ Responsible to achieve the given marketing /sales targets ■ Managing the sales and business development function of the branch ■ Actively engage in creating customer relationships and provide exceptional service Personal Profile ■ Minimum 05 years of industry experience in a bank or a finance company with a sound customer base ■ Sound knowledge in the business processes of a finance company ■ Sound credit evaluation skills ■ Proven managerial and leadership skills ■ High level of communication and PR skills ■ Fully or partly qualified in CIM /SLIM would be an added advantage
