A firmly established Information & Communication Technology solutions provider is about to embark on an exciting journey of growth and innovation and is on the lookout for an technologically savvy individual with an energetic personality and leadership skills, to join as a Senior Technical Lead.
With existing clients from Australia, France & USA now looking to expand with new service offerings and require enthusiastic and dynamic personnel to join the expanding organization.
This position is for an individual with a proven track record leading project teams to deliver complex business solutions that scale on the Microsoft technology platform.
Primary Responsibilities
- Help define software architecture and convert business functionality to technical design.
- Develop optimized well documented code, setting examples to the dev. team.
- Set and follow the standards of software development and mentor the team members.
- Hold technical peer reviews with subject matter experts and stakeholder communities.
- Collaborate with the team and take ownership of the developments.
Required Skills and Experience
- Ideal candidates will have 5+ years’ experience in the Microsoft Technology stack
- Strong Design and development skills.
- Prior experience in leading the development teams..
- Good knowledge in SOA based application development, SAAS, Web Services and Enterprise Integration Architecture.
- Knowledge and experience in MS.Net related design patterns and R&D skills would be advantageous
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science / MIS or equivalent experience required.
- Excellent skills and experience in Business Analysis, Design Patterns, Industry Best Practices for Architectural Designing.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience and deep technical knowledge on ;
- More than 5 years’ experience in developing application with. Net Framework (3.5-4.5)
- Very good knowledge in Windows Azure application platform
- Good understanding of design patterns
- Strong skills in .Net platform: C#, ASP.NET, Entity Framework, LINQ, ADO.NET, Windows Communication Foundation
- JavaScript, MVVM, JQuery, SignalR, WebAPI 2.0
- Familiarity with agile software development practices (Scrum)
- Very good communication and presentation skills
