Software Support Engineer / Consultant

To provide support & consultation services and fix the software issues and bugs for our clients in UK, Australasia, Middle East, Europe and USA. The job will include training Clients in the use of our software, providing technical support and effective communication with Clients and resolving any technical issues related to the database or software environment.
