A bachelor's degree in IT/Engineering or equivalent with three years of experience in a similar environment. Strong Technical / programming background in web application development and relational data modelling. Special experience in design patterns not limited to MVC. Excellent skills in communications. Ability to map higher level requirements to user journeys and to design user interaction models and user experience models. Good technical understanding of multi - tiered software architecture.
