The ideal candidate should -
Possess a Diploma/ Certificate in Cookery from a recognized Hotel School with 3 years executive level experience in a 5-star Hotel or
possess a minimum of 6 years of experience in F&B Preparation in which a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar capacity.
