• Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent
• Experience leading software projects and training and mentoring colleagues
• 5+ years experience as a senior developer/engineer with excellent programming skills in 00 PHP and any other 'web' programming language (e.g. Ruby or Python)
• Modern 00 PHP skills using Symfony2 framework (or equivalent), Doctrine 2 etc.
• Modern Javascript skills using AngularJS (or equivalent) and NodeJS
• Excellent understanding of web technologies (including HTTP, HTML5 and CSS3, RESTfulAPI design)
• NoSQL Databases (e.g. MongoDB, Neo4j, OrientDB, Redis, Elasticsearch)
