Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated Telemarketer with experience in sales or telemarketing to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong command of at least two languages, including English, and be proficient in Indian languages such as Hindi, Kannada, Malay, or Telugu. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, closing sales, and contributing to our overall sales targets through effective communication.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products and services.
- Identify customer needs and provide solutions through the company's offerings.
- Maintain a detailed record of all customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Follow up on leads and inquiries to ensure sales conversion.
- Collaborate with the telemarketing manager to refine scripts and strategies.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in telemarketing or sales.
- Fluency in English and at least one Indian language (Hindi, Kannada, Malay, Bengali, Panjabi or Telugu).
- Strong verbal communication and persuasion skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
- Basic proficiency in CRM software and telemarketing tools.
- High level of self-motivation and goal orientation.
