About the Role

We are seeking a highly organised, proactive, and detail-oriented Project Coordinator (Trainee) to join our team and support restoration projects for an established Australian company.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated Sri Lankan professional who is looking to build an international career while working remotely from Sri Lanka.

The successful candidate will coordinate restoration projects from initial job allocation through to completion, working closely with clients, restoration technicians, contractors, insurers, and other stakeholders in Australia.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor restoration projects from commencement to completion.
• Communicate and schedule attendances with clients, contractors, technicians, insurers, and other stakeholders.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, work orders, and correspondence.
• Monitor project progress, outstanding tasks, and deadlines.
• Perform general administrative and project support duties as required.

Requirements

• Previous experience in project coordination, administration, construction, property, insurance, restoration, facilities management, or a related industry is highly desirable.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident using Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Ability to learn new software and online systems quickly.
• Strong problem-solving and follow-up skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Professional attitude and willingness to work with Australian clients and businesses.
