Requirements - IATA certified professional qualifications on a ticketing and reservations. Excellent communication skills in English and Sinhala. Familiarity with the AMADEUS GDS system. A minimum of 2 to 4 years of experience in a reputed travel company. Computer literacy. Geography and destination condition knowledge. Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
