Job Specification

-Verifying and finalizing the loan application by calling the customer and other contacts 
-Customer has provided Manage verification checklists to ensure proper daily productivity output
-Working with the team to achieve daily, monthly targets 
-Providing all necessary calculations for total loan cost and communicating it alongside with installment size and repayment schedule to customers 
-Preparing loan documents, ensuring that all the procedures are carried out effectively and within the time frames.

Requirements

-Successfully completed G.C.E Advanced Level                                                                                  
-High attention to details and ability to effectively manage time and prioritize work 
-Well-developed computer skills (experience in Microsoft word and excel)
-Good verbal communication skills in Sinhala & English
-Proven minimum 1-year working experience in the related industry
