Providing exceptional customer service and resolving customer inquiries.
Collaborating with team members to ensure customer satisfaction.
Meeting performance metrics and goals set by management.
Adhering to company policies and procedures for call center operations.
Continuously improving knowledge of products, services, and processes.
Prior experience in a call center or customer service environment is preferred.
Excellent communication skills in English and Tamil (Hindi will be an added benefit)
Ability to multitask and work well under pressure.
Must be able to handle overseas Clients.
