Dealer Sales Manager

Responsibility: To increase dealer productivity, increase their purchases, appoint new dealers and enhance the relationship between dealers and the company.

 

  • Capture the needs of the local dealers; educate the dealers on our product portfolio.
  • Increase loyalty to and purchases from the company
  • Assist the dealers with relevant knowledge on selling our products. Ex: online research, social media
  • Help the dealers to grow their customer base, capture feedback
  • Weekly reporting of departmental activities and figures to the management

 

Requirements :

  • 5 or more years of experience in a similar capacity doing dealer and field sales.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or Marketing or a related field
  • Must be bilingual (English and Sinhala) Being trilingual will be a definite advantage. (English, Sinhala and Tamil)
  • High level of integrity
  • Honesty and being loyal to the company
